Strategic expansion of milling facilities is triggered once the productive plantation area reaches 60,000 hectares or when daily FFB potential hits 400 tons. As the plantation matures, the company proactively manages its lifecycle, initiating systematic replanting programs when yields begin to decline between the 15th and 25th years of the palm trees' lifespan.

Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Field Assistant Training position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding at least a D4 or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Food Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
2. Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program.
3. Bonding Period: Selected trainees must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
4. Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our plantation sites in East Kalimantan or West Kalimantan.
