## Open Position: Production Operator (12 Vacancies)
We are looking for proactive individuals to join our production department. This role is essential for ensuring our manufacturing line operates at peak efficiency while maintaining our rigorous quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently manage packaging, mixing, and blowing/filling machinery.
* Material Preparation: Carefully organize and prepare Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) for production cycles.
* Production Oversight: Continuously monitor production workflows to ensure seamless operation and output consistency.
* Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
* Documentation: Accurately prepare and submit comprehensive production reports at the end of each shift.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Industry Experience: At least one year of professional experience as an operator within a beverage manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of PET bottle production machinery.
* Professionalism: High levels of personal responsibility, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our facility in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
