## Job Description: What You Will Do
As our next Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and onboarding top talent to support our expanding business units. Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Talent Sourcing and Screening: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial resume screenings to ensure role alignment.
* Psychological Testing: Administering, evaluating, and scoring various psychological tests for prospective employees.
* Competency-Based Interviews: Conducting structured candidate interviews utilizing Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to evaluate behavioral competencies and cultural fit.
* Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate daily recruitment progress reports to management.
## Candidate Qualifications: What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational prerequisites:
* Educational Background: Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proven familiarity and confidence in administering and interpreting standard psychological testing tools.
