## Open Position: WWTP & WTP Operator
We are looking for a skilled operator to manage our water treatment systems, ensuring that our environmental impact remains low and our operational standards remain high.
Key Responsibilities
* System Optimization: Oversee and monitor the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
* Routine Inspection: Conduct regular physical checks on all machinery, pumps, storage tanks, and critical supporting utilities.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor treated water output to ensure it strictly complies with both internal company standards and governmental environmental regulations.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational parameters and provide detailed daily performance reports.
* Chemical Management: Handle and dose necessary chemicals according to established safety and operational procedures.
* Maintenance & Cleanliness: Uphold strict cleanliness standards within the facility and perform routine preventive maintenance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Department to resolve technical issues or system disturbances promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience as a WWTP/WTP operator in a manufacturing setting. (Note: High-achieving fresh graduates with a strong foundational understanding of water treatment processes are also encouraged to apply).
3. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of clean water treatment (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) processes.
4. Operational Skill: Proven ability to monitor water quality parameters and operate essential equipment, including filters, dosing pumps, and various system controls.
5. Safety Consciousness: A solid understanding of chemical handling protocols and workplace safety (K3) standards.
6. Soft Skills: Strong discipline, high attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
7. Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
