## Professional Role: Production Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Production Operators. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and safety of our production facilities.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Integrity: Operate production facilities safely within defined envelopes, ensuring compliance with established procedures and work practices.
* Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct timely daily rounds, record technical parameters, and promptly communicate any discrepancies or abnormalities to the Lead Operator or Control Room Operator (CCR).
* Emergency Response: Serve as a proactive member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to mitigate risks to personnel, production continuity, the environment, and the community.
* Work Management: Execute comprehensive hazard identification and mitigation via Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Manage work permit requirements, ensuring strict isolation, zero-energy demonstration, and the presence of rescue/lifting plans.
* Safety Leadership: Actively monitor safety devices, perform equipment isolation and purging, and enforce a "stop-work" culture by intervening immediately during unsafe acts.
* Resource Management: Ensure consistent supply levels of chemicals, LPG, Nitrogen, Ammonia, and diesel, coordinating replenishments as needed.
* Facility Maintenance: Conduct fire-safety equipment testing, manage housekeeping standards, and participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to ensure the safe introduction of modified or new equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this high-responsibility environment, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical aptitude and a safety-first mindset:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) or equivalent, ideally supplemented by relevant technical certifications.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in well operations, crude oil processing, or comparable production environments.
3. Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of oil and gas processing workflows and mandatory safety certifications.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
5. Language Requirements: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
6. Personal Attributes: High integrity, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-stakes team.
