Leadership Roles (Production & Miniplant)
* Production Supervisor (Semarang): Requires a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Tech. Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and expertise in GMP.
* Miniplant Supervisors (Boja, Sukorejo, Ungaran): Seeking D3/S1 graduates with 2+ years of manufacturing experience in Food & Beverage, capable of conceptual thinking and multitasking.
Specialized Operational & Support Roles
* Export Marketing Supervisor (Semarang): Requires S1 degree and proficiency in Mandarin or English (TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.0). Must be target-oriented with 2+ years of export experience.
* Quality Control Supervisor (Semarang): Requires a degree in Food Tech, Biology, or Chemistry. Needs 2–3 years of QC experience and knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000.
* R&D Staff (Semarang): Open to candidates with a background in Food Tech or Chemistry. Focuses on continuous process improvement and GMP/HACCP compliance.
* PPIC Staff (Semarang): Requires an Industrial Engineering or related degree with 1+ year of production planning and inventory control experience.
* Maintenance Technicians (Semarang & Demak): SMK graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 1+ year of facility maintenance experience.
* HRD Staff (Demak): Seeking S1 Psychology or Management graduates with 1+ year of experience in recruitment, training, and administration.
