## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an Assistant Sortasi, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high operational standards of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS). Your day-to-day duties directly influence the quality of processing raw materials and ensure that all incoming produce aligns with corporate benchmarks.
* Mill Grading Supervision: Oversee and direct the daily operational grading procedures within the palm oil mill environment.
* Quality Control Management: Inspect and monitor Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to guarantee compliance with strict internal company guidelines.
* Source Verification: Validate the quality standards of both internal and external FFB shipments arriving at the facility.
* Documentation and Reporting: Compile, verify, and finalize accurate daily sorting reports and comprehensive recap sheets.
* Area Maintenance: Maintain optimal cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the entire sorting station area on a daily basis.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
