General Qualifications
* Gender and Physical Requirements: Male candidates with a maximum age of 27 years and a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
Position 1:* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Positions 2 & 3:* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Commitment: Readiness to undergo comprehensive training and fulfill a mandatory 3-year service bond.
* Experience: Prior internship or practical fieldwork experience (PKL) within an oil palm plantation environment is strongly preferred.
* Availability: Ability to join the company as soon as possible.
