Core Qualifications
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar engineering capacity within a manufacturing setting.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 22 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electric motors, sensors, gears, bearings, and complex machine components.
* Maintenance Expertise: Strong grasp of preventive maintenance protocols, lubrication schedules, and inspection techniques.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment failures systematically and apply methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Why, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Operational Readiness: Knowledge of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and overall machine uptime.
