## Current Career Openings
We are looking for motivated professionals to fill the following roles at our Deli Serdang factory.
1. Cashier (Finance)
Your role will be central to our financial accuracy and day-to-day operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily factory cash reports, conduct daily cash opname, manage sales collections, and generate sales and damaged goods (BS) reports.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Accounting or Office Administration (minimum 3.00 GPA). Open to fresh graduates or those with at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
2. Quality Control (QC) Analyst
Help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality.
* Key Responsibilities: Perform sample analysis for production and raw material arrivals, document findings, and report any deviations to management.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology (minimum 3.00 GPA). Must be detail-oriented, honest, and proficient in MS Office.
3. HRGA Staff
Serve as a vital link in our factory operations and employee welfare.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee factory HR and GA administration (attendance, discipline, medical, contracts, and building maintenance), support 5S and ISO standards, manage factory permits and Halal Assurance Systems, and maintain community relations.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Law or Management (minimum 3.00 GPA). Experience in the manufacturing sector and at least one year of HRGA experience is highly preferred.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
Lead our quality efforts by ensuring rigorous adherence to protocols.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage analyst scheduling, oversee the analysis process from start to release, and monitor the stock and usage of chemical analysis reagents.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology (minimum 3.00 GPA). Requires at least one year of experience in a QC environment with deep knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
Ensure our production lines run efficiently by mastering our supply chain.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop production plans, calculate material requirements, schedule incoming goods, and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering (minimum 3.00 GPA). Must have 1–2 years of PPIC experience and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Oracle or SAP is essential.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
Drive operational excellence through proactive maintenance and system improvements.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily downtime and repairs, execute maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, and annual), and evaluate technical team performance to drive continuous improvement.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (minimum 3.00 GPA). Must have 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utility services, with a strong understanding of electricity and PLC systems.
