1. Admin Warehouse
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless administrative workflows within the supply chain.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as a warehouse administrator, preferably within the food industry sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Inventory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of inventory management methods, including FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, and LEFO.
* System Familiarity: Practical knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transportation Management System).
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
2. Operator Warehouse
Warehouse Operators are responsible for the physical handling of goods, maintaining optimal storage conditions, and supervising daily logistics activities on the floor.
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a comparable warehouse role.
* Operational Skills: Certified or proven ability to safely operate a forklift.
* Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory rotation principles (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, LEFO).
* Work Environment Readiness: Physically prepared to work in low-temperature cold storage environments.
* Leadership: Possesses strong leadership qualities and team-building capabilities.
* Soft Skills: Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
3. Operator Forklift
Dedicated Forklift Operators ensure the swift, safe, and organized movement of heavy materials and palletized goods across our facility.
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated experience handling industrial forklifts.
Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid and active SIO (Surat Izin Operator* / Operator License).
* Operational Competence: Proficient in maneuvering and managing forklift operations in a busy warehouse setting.
* Inventory Knowledge: Clear understanding of inventory handling systems (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, LEFO).
* Soft Skills: Good communication skills to ensure workplace safety and coordination.
