1. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist will be an integral part of our exploration efforts, executing field strategies and technical reporting.
* Execute exploration phases including geological mapping, drilling, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Perform detailed lithological logging and interpret geophysical data to support resource modeling.
* Maintain accurate drilling databases and ensure data integrity.
* Coordinate effectively with the broader exploration team to adhere to operational procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in the coal mining industry.
* Proficiency in coal mapping, drilling techniques, sample handling, and geophysical interpretation.
* Willingness to be based at our Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
We are looking for an experienced Exploration Geologist to take a lead role in planning and validating our geological models.
* Plan, supervise, and execute comprehensive exploration programs.
* Conduct complex correlation of coal seams and develop accurate geological models.
* Oversee the management and validation of geological databases.
* Ensure all exploration activities comply with internal procedures and industry regulations.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and third-party stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Deep expertise in resource estimation, geological modeling, and exploration reporting.
* Must hold a Pengawas Pertambangan (POP or POM) certification.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
