1. Receptionist (Location: Jakarta)

* Experience: Prior experience as a building receptionist and familiarity with visitor management systems is required.
2. Technician (Location: Jakarta & Denpasar)

* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, LVMDP panels, Gensets, and fire protection systems. Capable of reading wiring diagrams and generating detailed maintenance reports.
* Certifications: Possession of K3 Umum, K3 Listrik, or TKBT/TKPK certifications is highly advantageous.
6. Chief Engineer
* Experience: 5–7 years in MEP operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer).
* Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of HVAC, STP/WTP, and facility maintenance planning. Skilled in vendor management, budget preparation (RAB), and technical specifications (TOR/RKS).
* Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel-based cost estimation), and CMMS software.
