## Open Positions at PT Agro Murni
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our expanding operations:
1. Barge Escort Operator
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of shipping experience, preferably within the palm oil sector.
* Key Skills: Proficient in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading logistics. Solid understanding of navigation, maritime safety, and marine communication equipment (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS).
* Requirements: Expertise in tugboat escort SOPs, ISPS Code, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards. Ability to generate detailed operational reports. Possession of ISPS Code certification is highly preferred.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
2. Instrument Control Technician
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, ideally in palm oil processing.
* Key Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring, cable termination, and proficiency with diagnostic tools like multimeters and megger meters.
* Technical Expertise: Skilled in troubleshooting motor controls, VFD, PLC, and SCADA. Proficiency in instrumentation and DCS systems.
* Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on emergency repair management.
3. Tank Farm Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year in a related industry, preferably palm oil refining.
* Requirements: Strong understanding of K3 regulations and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work both independently and collaboratively.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of operational experience within a refinery setting.
* Requirements: Ability to maintain operational efficiency and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
5. Boiler Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year in industrial boiler operations.
* Requirements: Possession of an SIO (Operator License) for Steam Vessels is highly preferred. Must be capable of adhering to strict safety and maintenance schedules.
6. Weighbridge Executive
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, specifically in the palm oil industry.
* Key Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage time-sensitive operational tasks. Strong collaborative skills to ensure accurate and efficient weighbridge workflows.
