## Current Opening: Logistic Staff (Head Office)
The Logistics team is the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and on time. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee our transportation operations and manage our fleet performance.
Core Responsibilities
* Driver Coordination: Manage and monitor drivers to ensure all deliveries adhere to established schedules and optimized routes.
* Operational Oversight: Track delivery journeys in real-time and supervise driver activities throughout the distribution process.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively handle delays, logistical obstacles, or adjustments to delivery plans, providing immediate follow-ups.
* Documentation Management: Ensure all trip reports and delivery documents are complete, accurate, and filed correctly.
* Compliance: Uphold company standards by ensuring all drivers strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, or a related field.
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in transport planning, routing, and delivery monitoring.
* Vendor Management: Strong background in managing third-party vendors and coordinating with external stakeholders.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in vendor negotiations is considered a significant advantage.
