Role Overview: Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that our high-quality service standards are consistently met across our various service sites.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Nutrition.
* Professional Certification: Possession of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is considered a significant advantage.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Coordinator, Head of Nutrition, Head of Nutrition Installation, or F&B Operational Supervisor.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of operational management, food cost control, inventory systems, and budgeting processes.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in food hygiene, sanitation protocols, and HACCP standards.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
* Placement Flexibility: Willingness to be placed in various site areas, including JABODETABEK, Samarinda, and Surabaya.
