Key Qualifications
To be considered for the Helper/Operator position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
* Educational Background: High School graduates (Science stream/Vocational High School) or Diploma (D3) graduates.
* Preferred Majors: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Automation, Informatics Management, Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or Accounting.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational units, including Belawan/KIM, South Labuhan Batu, Padang Lawas, Dumai, Duri, Balam, or Pelalawan.
