## Open Positions at PT Indomarco Prismatama
We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the following roles across various regions in Indonesia:
1. SDP Logistic Coordinator (Distribution Center)
* Responsibilities: Analyze logistics operations and costs, conduct stock opname procedures, and coordinate with distribution teams across various branches.
* Requirements: Male, D4/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Management. Must be proficient in MS Office, possess strong leadership skills, and be willing to work in shifts. Based in Ternate.
2. SDP General Affair – Asset & Administration
* Responsibilities: Monitor company assets, manage distribution, conduct stock checks, and handle the procurement of operational support equipment.
* Requirements: Male/Female, D4/S1 in any major. Must have strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office. Based in Gorontalo and Ternate.
3. MDP System Support – Ready to Drink (RTD)
* Responsibilities: Provide system support for RTD product teams, oversee stock handling systems, and develop raw material procurement programs.
* Requirements: Male/Female, D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering. Must understand network systems for inventory control and possess strong communication skills. National placement.
4. MDP Building Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Develop maintenance work plans, schedule preventive and corrective actions, manage technician teams, and handle budget reporting (RAB).
* Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Electrical Engineering (Strong Current). Must have a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and be willing to work both in the field and the office. National placement.
5. MDP Project Performance
* Responsibilities: Supervise construction projects, draft architectural designs, prepare budget estimates (RAB), and manage quality control for materials and installation.
* Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Must have a valid driver’s license. National placement.
6. Procurement Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Monitor product quality, source new suppliers, conduct internal/external negotiations, and manage procurement data reporting.
* Requirements: Male, minimum 2 years of experience in procurement. Must be fluent in English, highly persuasive, and hold a valid driver’s license. Based at Head Office, Jakarta.
7. Japanese Interpreter
* Responsibilities: Provide oral and written translation (Indonesian to Japanese), draft meeting minutes, and accompany expatriates on regional visits.
* Requirements: Male (Cibinong Factory) or Female (Head Office). D4/S1 in Japanese Literature with N2-N4 certification. Previous experience as an interpreter is highly preferred.
8. ACL Maintenance Jr. Manager
* Responsibilities: Schedule maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, AC units, and coffee machines; provide repair recommendations and oversee civil maintenance tasks.
* Requirements: Male, D4/S1 in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. Based in Malang and Bali.
